Finally, a podcast that makes sense for us amateur audiophiles! Thank you very much. Being from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I was into HiFi since I was a teen, and now in my fifties, I am starting to look at what is out there. I’m not what one would call a surround sound buff, but I adore 2 channel audio, especially the vintage stuff, like the Pioneer or Marantz receivers from the 70s. Very good sound from those monster units. Maybe one day, you can do a show on those?
I also admire the fact that while other audio buffs describe music as warm or harsh, you guys use facts to back it up and have guests like Andrew Jones who actually says stuff we lay people understand!
Again thank you Michael and Paul for the great work. I’m looking forward to your next episodes.
